"It has been more than 30 years since I graduated from Covenant Christian School. The distance of time allows me to see clearly how God used it in my life [to impact]  me academically and through Christ-like character formation.

One of the many reasons I am so excited about [the Technology and Arts Academy] partnership with Judson University is the fact that both schools are dedicated to high academic standards, without losing focus on the fact that they are helping young people to become disciples of Jesus. Creating a dual-credit high school that will give students a significant head start on college is a fantastic new way of conceiving a high school. I pray God uses this to impact many lives for His glory!"

The Technology and Arts Academy is a private Christian high school commissioned by the Covenant Christian School Board  (  and dedicated to serving the Lord, families, and the community by providing a solid core curriculum and electives in technology, media, performance and visual arts, and mission outreaches.

Our Academy is committed to:

...glorifying God as we prepare our students for their future goals.

...providing families with a spiritually strong academic atmosphere with a technology/arts emphasis for all students.

…strengthening the community as we equip students to be prepared for college entry, or a career.

...providing networking opportunities in our elective courses with professionals in those areas.

We believe adolescents hold a tremendous capacity for creativity as they prepare to fulfill the purpose for which God called them.

We believe creativity is unlimited and not separated from intelligence as confirmed by leading psychologist Howard Gardner (Theory of Multiple Intelligences).

We believe parents, students, and faculty should work in harmony on educational goals, to provide supervision, assistance, and accountability.

We believe that student development should include not only an emphasis on media, music, technology, and the arts, but also an emphasis on discipleship.

We believe that student development should include the experience of an authentic faith while searching for meaning and purpose in life (see Dr. Arthur Chickering’s Encouraging Authenticity and Spirituality; Dr. Sharon Parks’ Big Questions Worthy Dreams; Dr. James Fowler’s Stages of Faith).

We believe in Biblical studies, discipleship, service goals and projects, work-study, and skills development providing life experiences in developing a work ethic, creativity, and soft skills.

We believe that young people need to be equipped to competitively impact the media and the arts with a God-directed design from the Divine Communicator that dynamically reaches a warring world in need of a Savior.

We believe teens that have a relationship with Christ will find and use their God-given creative talents for His service and the good of the community.

The academy holds the following values for its students:

A love for God and His Word that produces obedience, awe, and servanthood

Purity in thoughts, words, and relationships

Respect for parents, those in authority, and peers

Honoring of Christ in all settings and circumstances

A heartfelt spirit of contentment and gratitude

Letter From the Administration

Dear Parents and Students,

We invite you to become a part of a Christian educational community dedicated to the Lordship of Jesus and to the vision of creatively communicating His heavenly pattern of redemptive love to our world through music, art, the media, technology, and missions.

This web information covers procedures designed to successfully transition every student into the Academy’s curriculum and lifestyle.

When a family joins the Academy, they indicate a willingness to respect and honor the codes that establish Jesus Christ as the ideal model of conduct. It is our desire to assist every student's smooth transition into high school, while they remain under the protective guidance of parents and school faculty.

We gladly look forward to serving you and working with your family.

For His Glory in All Things,
